Recruitment Process At Elmer
Elmer has designed our own representative framework to provide cutting-edge consulting services and smooth integration of the resource in the client’s organization. We understand client’s requirements and job seekers skills basis which we build strategic mapping. R&D and innovation teams are made active during this phase of strategic mapping / talent pick. With the talent selection we run preliminary screening by way of interviews to further assess their competencies followed by discreet reference check. Once the potential candidature passes through the mentioned process, only then client interview will be scheduled. We also seek a formal reference check from our clients about the resource performance and meeting his expectations after which compensation and other formalities will be discussed.
